Bilingual Customer Service Representative

English/Spanish

Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Availability to work from 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM, any day of the week.
Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include answering calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with empathy and efficiency. This role requires strong listening skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to resolve inquiries swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administrative issues, utilizing information from training and available resources.
  • Identify customer needs and provide them with thorough and accurate information.
  • Process transactions using mainframe or web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
  • Communicate warmly and empathetically with customers.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained at all times.
  • Assist colleagues during peak workloads or absences.

Salary Transparency: Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Besides the base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs. Estimated pay for this role is $17.50/hr.
