Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels

Minimum Requirements: - At least 18 years of age
- Legally permitted to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must meet performance appraisal criteria
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Previous experience selling paint products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
