Your Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using state-of-the-art technology.

What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to deliver outstanding service.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in both spoken and written communication.
