We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work closely with our wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing them with expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. This part-time position is based at Store , located at 1321 Ambassador Pkwy, Lafayette, LA 70506.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring maximum client satisfaction, resolving customer concerns promptly, and staying up-to-date with our product offerings. You will play an essential role in achieving store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your tasks will involve working directly with customers, including minors, and handling various payment methods and store merchandise. To ensure safety and uphold our business integrity, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

Job Duties Include: - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assisting customers in-person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
- Meeting sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas.
- Stocking shelves and setting up displays.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks; assisting in deliveries as needed.
- Keeping store equipment clean and organized.
- Remaining knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers.
- Compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Proposing ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
