About the Opportunity:
A fast-paced personal injury firm in Houston is hiring a Bilingual Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support attorneys and serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients. This is a client-facing role that requires top-tier communication skills and attention to detail.

  • $65,000-$70,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intake via phone, text, email, or in-person


  • Assist clients in finding and scheduling medical care


  • Follow up with clients and medical providers about treatment progress


  • Provide case status updates and exceptional customer service


  • Translate legal documents and interpret for attorneys during meetings and calls


  • Schedule attorney-client conferences and manage communication logistics


Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish with experience translating legal documentation


  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred


  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills


  • Comfortable managing sensitive medical and legal case details
