About the Opportunity:
A fast-paced personal injury firm in Houston is hiring a Bilingual Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support attorneys and serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients. This is a client-facing role that requires top-tier communication skills and attention to detail.
$65,000-$70,000 base salary
Discretionary bonus potential

In-person role with supportive, collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client intake via phone, text, email, or in-person
Assist clients in finding and scheduling medical care
Follow up with clients and medical providers about treatment progress
Provide case status updates and exceptional customer service
Translate legal documents and interpret for attorneys during meetings and calls
Schedule attorney-client conferences and manage communication logistics
Requirements:
Bilingual in English/Spanish with experience translating legal documentation
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable managing sensitive medical and legal case details
