Your Role: As a Bilingual Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will engage with respondents through outbound calls and collect survey data on diverse topics. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to participants.
- Reading from a provided script accurately.
- Asking targeted questions to gather responses.
- Recording participant answers in a clear and precise manner.
- Conducting polls and customer satisfaction surveys.
There are no sales or collections involved, allowing you to focus on conducting meaningful conversations.
What We're Looking For: - Strong communication skills with a clear telephone manner.
- Comfort and proficiency in conversing over the phone.
- Basic computer and typing skills (30 words per minute required).
- A fundamental understanding of good customer service practices.
No Experience? No Problem. We provide paid training to all new team members. We also welcome applications from individuals aged 16 and above.
Flexible Schedule Options: - Select from evening and weekend shifts according to your needs.
- Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week) from available shifts.
- Compensation: $12 per hour, with a bilingual premium of $12.50 per hour once certified.
- At least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
