MHC Healthcare is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative to help with Inbound calls. You will handle inbound calls from patients, listen to their needs, and provide helpful solutions to their problems. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused people to join our team.

You must be patient, have active listening skills, and be able to manage large volumes of inbound calls. An ideal candidate would be fluent in Spanish and English (but not required) with strong phone and verbal communication skills. IF you are Bilingual- Please let me know.

All necessary training will be provided. MHC Healthcare's brand new call center is located in Reisterstown, MD and is an in-person position. Previous experience in a customer support role is helpful but not required.

MHC Healthcare has been in business for over thirty years and has just about 80 clinic locations. We pride ourselves on having strong relationships with our patients and colleagues. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding accordingly, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally, and escalate any complicated issues to the appropriate department. You may be asked to schedule patients, communicate effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm (flexible hours within this timeframe). Most clinics are open Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends.
