As a Call Center Representative, you will support our mission by providing top-tier service to our customers and answer inbound calls, offer support, and resolve their inquiries.

Responsibilities & Qualifications What you can expect: - This position offers $24.50/hour.
- Work schedules are Monday through Friday typically from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm.
- Promotional opportunity within 15 months from date of hire and a 13% compensation increase.
- Opportunity to work remotely, on average, 80% of the time.
- You will receive 8 to 10 weeks of one-on-one training.
In this role, you will: - Be the first contact for customers and injured workers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Answer inbound phone calls, resolve caller needs, and provide information.
- Retain a significant amount of information, follow a structured schedule, and provide individualized attention to each customer.
Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- At least two years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications: - 60 hours of college credit preferred
- 5 years of high volume call center experience or 5 years of insurance industry experience preferred.

Individual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.
