Our client, a dynamic leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Rep to join their team. As a Bilingual Call Center Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting our dedicated team of service professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Rep

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: $21.25 per hour

What's the Job?
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and another language to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
What's Needed?
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
