Join TitleMax as a Bilingual Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and leverage your leadership and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with your leadership team to enhance your skills while supporting and coaching our Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process by educating customers and offering tailored recommendations based on their financial needs.
  • Assist with customer account management, including processing payments and overseeing customer appointments.
  • Support recovery processes while ensuring high standards of customer service to mitigate losses and charge-off accounts.
  • Meet company performance standards by exploring business-to-business partnerships, generating referrals, and participating in in-store and community events.
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster new business opportunities, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring integrity and compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Uphold office security protocols, manage vault and cash drawer, and handle bank deposits during opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs as necessary.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to foster communication and interaction with customers and team members at all levels.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter data.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with a personal vehicle available for work use (mileage compensated).
  • Proficient in phone usage, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including remaining stationary for extended periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and navigating both inside and outside of the store.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
  • Prior experience with cash handling, cash drawer, and vault management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable, possibly required for certain positions.
