What You'll Do:
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly. From managing truck schedules to handling invoicing and providing top-notch support to the sales team, your day-to-day will be full of variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data and maintain well-organized records
- Process invoices and ensure timely receiving of documentation and materials
- Coordinate truck scheduling and logistics
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously
- Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal staff
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
