We're partnering with a fast-paced and growing organization in the construction supply industry to find an experienced and dependable Administrative Assistant.


What You'll Do:

You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly. From managing truck schedules to handling invoicing and providing top-notch support to the sales team, your day-to-day will be full of variety and responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data and maintain well-organized records
  • Process invoices and ensure timely receiving of documentation and materials
  • Coordinate truck scheduling and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal staff

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
