Bilingual Administrative Assistant $45-50k

Must be Spanish/English Bilingual


Position is Full Time, On Site, M-F in Miami Wynwood area


Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily administrative tasks, enhancing our customer service experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling services. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional administrative duties to include liaising with insurance companies, working closely with municipalities regarding grease permits, and efficiently utilizing our Salesforce system for ticket management, payments, and invoicing.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and chat, providing them with detailed information about our services.
  • Efficiently manage interactions with insurance companies and municipalities to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize Salesforce for creating and tracking tickets, processing payments, and generating invoices to streamline our administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule service calls and deliveries
  • Perform a variety of general office and administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish; proficiency to cater to our diverse client base.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is highly desirable.
  • Must have Experience with Apple and Mac products
  • Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
