Job Description
We're seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant to report to and work directly with the Directors of our Life Insurance Division. This is an in-office, full-time position that requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves making calls, managing key administrative processes, and providing essential support to leadership and producers.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Managing all onboarding and contracting for new and existing producers
- Manage scheduling of all one-on-one meetings requested with Directors
- Schedule carrier presentations
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings
- Manage recruitment of producers and agencies
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Required
- Previous experience in administrative support
- Experience working in the insurance field or with an FMO is a plus, but not required
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
