JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide Human Resources support to the workforce and support the necessary functions within the HR department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional customer service to hourly employees, as well as salaried supervisors/managers. (i.e., assist employees with forms, assist employees with logging in to company HR system/app, able to answer general questions regarding company policies & procedures
- Perform payroll related duties - review daily time cards for plant employees.
- Logging of attendance occurrences
- Know and administer Company policies
- Cross-train within the department as needed
- Spanish translation support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills required
- At least two (2) years of administrative experience, HR background a plus
- Willing to work overtime as necessary
- Experienced in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- People-centered mindset with excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask
- Reliable self-starter, self-motivated
- Able to handle sensitive information in a precise and confidential manner
