JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide Human Resources support to the workforce and support the necessary functions within the HR department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide professional customer service to hourly employees, as well as salaried supervisors/managers. (i.e., assist employees with forms, assist employees with logging in to company HR system/app, able to answer general questions regarding company policies & procedures
  • Perform payroll related duties - review daily time cards for plant employees.
  • Logging of attendance occurrences
  • Know and administer Company policies
  • Cross-train within the department as needed
  • Spanish translation support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual English / Spanish skills required
  • At least two (2) years of administrative experience, HR background a plus
  • Willing to work overtime as necessary
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • People-centered mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask
  • Reliable self-starter, self-motivated
  • Able to handle sensitive information in a precise and confidential manner
