Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can provide exceptional administrative support and communicate effectively in both English and a Spanish language.
Day to day duties:
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and a Spanish language.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Ensure all office operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
