LHH is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. As a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Serving as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinating and organizing events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
- Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
