Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Davie, FL
Pay: $16 per hour, weekly pay.
Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Description: - Process files and orders for construction clients/companies
- Categorize files and information for data input
- Evaluate received invoices and process them for input
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls to appropriate parties
- Send and receive emails to respective associations
- Accessing virtual web portals to enter information
Requirements: - Must have basic clerical experience (1 to 2 year minimum as a Bilingual Office Assistant)
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Dispatching experience is a plus
