As the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and web chat inquiries, you'll serve as the voice of our company-ensuring clear, professional, and accurate communication in both English and Spanish. You'll work closely with departments including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support a wide range of customer needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer First: Answer incoming customer calls in both English and Spanish promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Solving: Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently using internal resources and systems.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web chat with a consistent and helpful tone.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to provide accurate information and timely solutions.
  • ERP & System Use: Utilize ERP and CRM platforms to enter customer details, track cases, and process orders or service requests.
  • Escalation Handling: Recognize and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and surveys.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team discussions aimed at improving customer service processes.
  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions per company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (verbal and written).
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain information clearly in both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple platforms, screens, and office systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Data Entry: Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
