Human Resources Administrator (English/Spanish) to join our team in Lebanon, PA.

Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for onboarding full-time employees in a timely and compliant manner through the Company's technology platform - ADP.
- Responsible for timely and successful compliance with our I9 process for all new hires into the PA location.
- Manage access to local time clocks and ensure supervisors are properly trained on time clock support for employees.
- Act as liaison to employees and the corporate benefits/payroll team.
- Acts as a resource for employees, answering questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, payroll and supporting company culture.
- Maintains and updates local employee files as determined by corporate policy.
- Assists with recruiting process including posting job, interview scheduling and producing offer letters.
- Coordinates all unemployment claims and appeals with the payroll/benefit team.
- Manages leave administration in compliance with state and federal requirements and coordinates through the Company Leave expert.
- Coordinates, communicates and supports Open Enrollment process for the locations.
- Ensures mandatory posters and notices are updated and visible to all employees
- Administer training programs using the Alchemy system.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Schedule and monitor annual performance reviews.
- Ensure Tribute policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
- Completes PAFs for hiring, promotions, and terminations.
- Collect data for management reports and participate in audits when required (example - SMETA audit).
- Support other locations as needed with remote HR support (i.e. Applicantpro).
- Coordinate events for associates (i.e. Employee Picnic and Thanksgiving lunch).
- Other HR responsibilities as needed.
Food Safety Responsibilities: - Participate in food safety and quality by maintaining an up-to-date new employee onboarding process including QA/Food defense procedures and a comprehensive training procedure.
- Maintain the training matrix up to date.
- Maintain organized training records and advise which employees are up for annual training.
Safety Responsibilities: - Work with the Human Resources Manager to administer Tribute safety policies and procedures to comply with OSHA and industry standards.
- Actively participate in Pennsylvania's monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-ups are tracked effectively.
- Report accidents and near-misses promptly to the insurance carrier. Manage each claim from the initial report through the employee's return to work without restrictions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Ensure all incidents complete an accident analysis and "5 Whys" form to find cause. Look for patterns in incidents to prevent them from happening again.
- Ensure that OSHA reports process is complete and accurate (OSHA 300, 300A and 301 forms)
Social Responsibilities: - Uphold the Company's labor standards, health and safety, environmental programs and follow business ethics policies.
- Maintain necessary records for annual SMETA assessment.
- Complete Social responsibility reports as required.
- Meet all Company training requirements.
