Scope - Purpose of the position
The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and BI (Business Intelligence) team plays a key role in monitoring and improving the company's financial performance. It is responsible for financial consolidation, performance analysis, reporting, and the development of new analytical tools.
We seek a motivated BI Analyst to enhance reporting, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights through analysis, modeling, and visualization.
The ideal candidate has a background in financial or business analysis, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Curious and eager to stay at the forefront of innovation, they leverage it to drive efficiency, enhance analysis, support business partners, and enable informed decision-making. This role reports to the FP&A Supervisor - Commercial Finance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to build budget aligned with financial goals and strategic plans.
- Analyze financial performance during monthly closing, monitor KPIs, track and explain variances to financial targets, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Provide business partners with financial analysis and presentations that deliver actionable insights and drive performance.
- Develop, upgrade, and maintain key financial and operational reports in Power BI and MS Excel to enhance business acumen and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through tracking tools and internal rules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information and investment decisions.
In addition to the specific duties outlined, you may be required to perform other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by your manager. These tasks will be relevant to your role and within the scope of your area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar role (FMCG is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable with large sets of data
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills to present findings effectively.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and report creation.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial databases and data organization.

Full time - Hybrid: in office 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), remote 2 days (Wednesday and Friday)
