Greet and serve alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks to guest to enhance guest enjoyment of the Casino.Essential Job Functions:- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner;
- Receive and understand beverage orders & relay drink orders to bartenders;
- Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as "comped" beverages;
- Carry and balance a full tray of beverages;
- Keep glasses picked up, area clear of paper, and other debris as time permits;
- Circulate throughout assigned workstation on a continuous basis;
- Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person - never a beer and a shot;
- Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay up-to-date on care training;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- High School/GED preferred
- 6 months related experience minimum.
Preferred:Bilingual a plusCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- Must be able to carry and balance trays and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Able to walk the duration of assigned shift and wear approved designated heal for shoes
- Ability to handle high volume and stressful situations
- Excellent guest service communication skills
- Exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise at times - casino environment

Salary Range: $9.50 -15.00 + Tips
