POSITION: Beverage Cart Attendant (P/T)

THE ROLE
This position primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons by offering a selection of beverages and snacks while they enjoy their rounds of golf .
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
- Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course to offer beverages and snacks to golfers.
- Engage with golfers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including stocking and restocking inventory as needed.
- Accurately record sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate supply of beverages and snacks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as assisting with event setup or other hospitality duties.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School degree/GED or equivalent is required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse individuals.
- Effective communication skills to effectively engage with customers and coworkers.
- Attention to detail to accurately record sales transactions and maintain inventory levels.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to drive a beverage cart safely and responsibly throughout the golf course.
- Ability to lift and carry beverage containers and restock inventory as needed.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Weekly hours 20 - 25 per week (Thursday - Sunday)
- Works outdoors, subject to temperature extremes and excessive noise.
- Constant reaching, sitting, walking, and stooping.
- Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination.
- Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
