Job Title: QA UAT Support Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 4 business days on-site per month)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension likely)
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA UAT Support Lead to support a large-scale enterprise program. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring compliance with system requirements and optimal functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SDLC processes, testing methodologies, and leading teams through complex testing cycles in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead UAT planning, test execution, and defect management
- Coordinate with SMEs, functional teams, and solution integrators
- Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, and test data
- Support 250+ testers: assigning roles, tracking outcomes, and resolving issues
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and participate in transition planning
- Ensure test traceability, compliance with accessibility standards, and accurate reporting
- Collaborate across teams for integrated, data conversion, and performance testing
- Support SDLC processes, quality checkpoints, and process improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years managing software testing for large-scale implementation projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficient in SQL and test automation tools
- Experience with all test phases including UAT, integration, regression, and accessibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret complex requirements and lead a large tester group
Preferred: - Experience testing SaaS and cloud-based applications
