Description
Time and Days of Position Monday - Friday and some Saturdays as needed (3 minimum per year)
9 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay to commensurate upon experience
Daily Responsibilities - Maintain social media accounts for assigned stores on specified platforms
- Post 3 times per week on assigned accounts (minimum of 2 videos per week per store; include appropriate hashtags)
- Abide by OEM and Bert Ogden Corporate advertising guidelines
- Audit accounts daily for inappropriate comments, errors, etc.
- Complete whiteboard schedule of events and weekly social media links form on a weekly basis
- Take photos and videos of vehicles, customers, staff members, etc.
- Appear on camera for various photos and videos including TV commercials as needed
- Travel to various stores around Rio Grande Valley
- Positively represent Bert Ogden at all times both on and off the clock
- Meet and greet Bert Ogden guests
- Communicate regularly with fellow social media coordinators, videographers and marketing staff and upper-level management
- Secure locations for filming away from dealerships
- Set up lights and mics for filming when necessary
- Work closely with general managers and sales individuals of assigned stores to create focused content for specific vehicles
Qualifications - Knowledge of social media platform operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Video editing skills via phone apps and or computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Attention to detail
- Photography experience
- Multitasker
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Time management skills
- Ability to pass a drug and background test

- Willing to learn new programs and techniques
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Must be 21 years old or older.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
