What You'll Do as the Benefits Team Lead:
- Lead the planning, administration, and communication of group health and welfare programs.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate across departments to support employee well-being initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state benefits regulations.
- Manage annual open enrollment and oversee the resolution of benefits-related issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Associates required.
- 5+ years of benefits experience.
Salary: $75,000-$90,000
