Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager of LOA and Accommodations to join our team. Located in Los Angeles, Direct hire, Offering $133-175K
Duties
- Provide global leaves of absence, accommodations, workers comp, compliance programs and more
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage employee relations and support contract negotiations.
- Develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Provide day to day leadership, oversight, and coordination of the teams responsibilities in accordance to strategic goals, policies and federal and state laws and regulations
- Utilize HRIS platforms for data entry, reporting, and employee management.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development of best practices for data collection and reporting.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Benefits Mgmt. including LOA, WC
- 3 years of Supervisory experience
- 3 years in a legal environment
- Advanced experience in an HR-related role with a focus on employee relations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
