Job Title: Benefits Admin

Hourly: $27/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a consumer services organization in King of Prussia, PA to hire a temporary Benefits Admin for four to six months. The qualified candidate should have 1 least 2 years of related experience for a larger and fast-growing company. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Help facilitate the benefits enrollment process for new hires
- Handle and track benefits enrollments and modifications.
- Make sure employees obtain their insurance cards and benefits-related materials
- Monitor and oversee changes to Health Savings Account (HSA) deductions
- Generate and submit the weekly 401(k) report
- Support the completion and processing of FMLA paperwork
- Monitor and follow up on employees' return-to-work status
- Review and respond to emails coming into the main HR inbox
- Provide employee verifications
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of related benefits experience
- Experience using an HRIS, ADP a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
