EMPLOYEE HEALTH & BENEFITS CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE We are looking for an Employee Health & Benefits Client Service Representative who will provide technical and service support to Account Managers for new clients, during the renewal process and for daily client service functions.

A day in the life. - Assist with the timely enrollment and terminations for employees of current clients
- Initiate and effectively communicate business process improvement strategies, providing alternate solutions
- Preparation of benefit guides
- Reviewing Employee Navigator for enrollment data
- Take the initiative to gain proficiently with new tools/technology, as they become available
The ideal candidate will have: - Current Florida 2-15 License, or willingness to obtain
- College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years industry experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in excel
- Working knowledge of Benefit Point Management System, or willingness to learn
