Benefits Analyst
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
CSC is looking for a service-oriented, operationally-minded, and driven individual to join our HR Services Team as a Benefits Analyst for the Americas region. This role will have a strong focus on benefits, but cross-training is a critical component of the team as well, so you will also have the opportunity to foster your curiosity, cultivate your thought leadership and enhance your knowledge beyond benefits to back-up your benefit team members, focusing on leaves.
In this role you will partner with the Americas Benefits Team as well as the business, to ensure we are delivering engaging and comprehensive benefit support. You will also assist with Leaves and ADA accommodations, as needed. You will need to utilize your project management skills to meet timelines and look for ways to work smarter not harder while delivering excellent service to our employees.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Ensuring world-class delivery of our benefit services and day to day benefit management.
Serving as a contact for CSC's Benefit programs and back-up support on leaves for the US, Canada, Brazil, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Curacao.
Collaborating with the Benefits Team Lead and Shared Services Operations Manager in designing, implementing and continually enhancing our programs.
Drafting communications and coordinating dates, claims and pay.
Analyzing benefit program data to measure success across all well-being initiatives to align outcomes with improving employee health, controlling costs and enhancing employee engagement.
Providing subject matter expert knowledge and partner in delivery of relevant acquisitions, benefit & leave harmonization or implementations
Responding to employee inquiries within the established SLAs
Analyzing, organizing and documenting processes.
Proactively identifying issues, problem solving, and seeking resolution
Collaborating with HR team and others
Staying informed on current regional and wellness initiatives/activities, research and trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits strategy and administration
Prior experience in analyzing benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan
Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced and growing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Prior leadership experience a plus
Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
Highly detail-oriented
