LHH is partnering with a company in Greensboro, NC searching for a Benefits Analyst to join their team. This role will be fully onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire paying $55-65k with full benefits. Must have at least 4 years of benefits administration experience within a manufacturing organization to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities: - Act as first point of contact for employee benefits related questions
- Manage open enrollment process annually
- Conduct audits of insurance partners and identify any necessary provider changes or updates based on costs
- Assist new hires with benefits enrollment and conduct benefits portion of new hire orientation
- Work closely with payroll regarding any benefits deductions
- Process FMLA claims
Qualifications: - Must have at least 4 years of experience handling benefits for a manufacturing organization
- Must have experience using benefits portal
- Strong attention to detail, communication and relationship building skills
- Must be a self-starter, resourceful and comfortable asking questions
