Client Overview: Our client is a global software company known for its innovative process mining technology, supporting major enterprises in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Benefits Administrator professional for a temporary assignment covering a paternity leave. This position is based onsite in Raleigh, NC, and will run from May 19, 2025, through November 28, 2025. Salary/Hourly Rate: $18/hr Position Overview: The ideal candidate for the Benefits Administrator position will play a key role in supporting the HR and Benefits team by handling administrative functions related to leave management, benefits inquiries, and internal reporting. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. You will work closely with the Benefits team to ensure smooth, timely processing of employee leave requests and benefits-related documentation, while also assisting with data management and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks, has a strong attention to detail, and is eager to contribute in a supportive, fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator:
  • Inputting leave of absence information into Workday.
  • Following up with the third-party Leave Administrator for leave approvals.
  • Responding to Tier-1 benefits-related ServiceNow tickets (training and response templates provided).
  • Completing billing forms and templates, including tracking employee counts from reports.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports, such as short-term disability forms (training and templates provided).
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Benefits Administrator:
  • Basic understanding of HR/benefits processes.
  • Experience with data entry and administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with standard business tools like Excel and internal ticketing systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Benefits Administrator:
  • Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
  • Previous exposure to employee benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with third-party benefits vendors such as Prudential.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
