Responsibilities of the Benefits Admin: - Manage enrollment, renewals, and changes for various benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
- Staying up-to-date with and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Answering employee questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance
- Keeping accurate and organized records of employee benefits data
Preferred Qualifications of the Benefits Admin: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR or related field
- Office experience
- Interest in pursuing a career where you can grow and learn
