Responsibilities of the Benefits Admin:
  • Manage enrollment, renewals, and changes for various benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
  • Staying up-to-date with and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Answering employee questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance
  • Keeping accurate and organized records of employee benefits data
Preferred Qualifications of the Benefits Admin:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR or related field
  • Office experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career where you can grow and learn
