Our client, a global Fintech leader, is seeking a Benefits Account Manager in Iselin, NJ. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with staff, carriers, and clients, assist with pre-renewal marketing, renewal administration, and ongoing communication. You will handle enrollment materials, retiree medical, and COBRA notifications, resolve eligibility issues, and provide policy interpretation. Additionally, you will support open enrollment activities, identify and improve inefficiencies, and ensure compliance with regulations and plan provisions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employee health benefits or insurance, strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and online systems. You will also support customer service by resolving claims issues and providing guidance to the call center team. A college degree or equivalent professional experience and a Life and Health License are required. Knowledge of Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, and Vision benefits is preferred.
