Behaviour Support Worker - Oldham:
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an experienced behaviour support worker to join a school in the Oldham area. This is a full time position to start after the half-term.
The Role:
- Offering individualised support to children with SEN and SEMH
- Collaborating with other staff members and external agencies to monitor progress
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours
Position Details:
- Location: Oldham area

- Full time/Part time: Full time only
- Hours: 8am-4pm (during term time only)
- Minimum Rate of Pay: 105 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: 02/06/2025
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Previous experience in a similar role or any prior experience supportingSEMH
- Resilience and adaptability in supporting student's learning and wellbeing
- Team Teach training would be highly desired
ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
