This position provides behavioral health clinical services across various settings including hospitals, emergency departments, primary care, and outpatient offices. Requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, provisional license in NM (LMSW or LMHC), and completion of aggression management and BLS courses. Must demonstrate strong communication, assessment, crisis intervention, and referral skills, with experience in therapeutic groups and treatment planning. The role involves managing emergency situations, coordinating care, and working independently and as part of a team. Physical and emotional resilience is essential, along with flexibility, good body mechanics, and the ability to work on-call. Prior experience in human services is preferred.
