Behavioral Health Therapist Behavioral Health Unit/Per Diem

Provides behavioral health clinical services across various settings. Requires Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, provisional license in New Mexico, and completion of specific courses. Must have strong communication skills, advanced assessment abilities, crisis intervention knowledge, and experience in human services. Responsible for formulating treatment plans, leading therapeutic groups, and coordinating with various departments. Physical requirements include coping with stress, emergency lifting, and working in crisis situations.
