Position: Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Clinic in Irvine / Multiple Locations
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, school and home settings. In addition to direct therapy, RBTs may assist BCBAs with training new team members in essential ABA skills and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Active and current RBT certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience
- California driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work one-on-one with children with special needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual and dependable
Preferred (but not required):
- CPR certification
- HIPAA training
- Other relevant professional training certificates
