Behavioral Health Provider Crisis Triage Intake Specialist Provides Behavioral Health assessment, therapy and crisis intervention to patients referred by PCHC medical providers. May supervise social work students or other interns as appropriate. Interagency and interdisciplinary care coordination and consultation as needed.
