- Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform BHC duties part-time (60%)
- Train new BHCs and provide ongoing education (25%)
- Assist in performance evaluations of BHCs (5%)
- Conduct training on behavioral health topics (5%)
- Facilitate monthly BHC Learning Collaborative (5%)
Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling/Psychology, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a licensed clinical professional. Preferred experience in substance abuse counseling.
