Behavioral Health Care Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling with some experience in a Mental Health setting preferred.

NOTE: NYS License as Mental Health Counselor, MSW, LMSW or CSW at time of appointment preferred, OR within twelve (12) months of appointment.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The Behavioral Health Care Manager performs social work services at the Wyoming County Community Health System, including Clinics, helping clients with social, emotional and related difficulties associated with their medical condition. The work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health. Employees in this class are expected to confer with professionals or agencies in or outside of the facility to obtain assistance for residents.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38,957.00 per year
