DescriptionThe Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism in a clinical-based setting. The Behavior Technician will collect data on programs, and assist the Behavior Analyst with clinical data and assessments as needed.

Requirements- High School Diploma.
- Valid Maryland driver's license required.
- Background Check and Drug Screening required.
- Experience working with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder Preferred
- Must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicity, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
