$ 150 CDM Loyalty pay after 6 months, 150 after 9 months, and 150 after 12 months of successful completion of employment.

All other Bonuses will be paid after 90 day probationary period.

Children's Developmental Milestones is an AWARD WINNING ABA agency serving families in Southern and Northern California. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm and love working with children and their families.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS IN , Greenfield and surrounding areas.

Behavior Technicians MUST HAVE AFTERNOON and EVENING AVAILABILITY ( between the hours of 1-8 p.m.)

Responsibilities

-Implement ABA interventions and procedures under the supervision of a (BCBA)

-Working 1:1 with children in their home/community

-Collect and record data on each child's progress and behavior during session on tablet provided by employer

-Ensure parental participation during sessions

-Able to learn from constructive criticism

-Render appointments in a timely manne

Requirements

-Must have ABA / BEHAVIORAL THERAPY EXPERIENCE

-Prefer a Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or related field

-Valid California drivers license

-Valid auto Insurance

-Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance

-TB test clearance
