Behavior Health Technicians. We are a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the needs of young adult women, ages 18-35. The Willows teaches many skills that BHTs use to guide our clients through the program every step of the way. BHTs might attend groups, take clients to appointments, or even go camping with our clients.
Client care is our number one focus, we serve young adult women on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. We believe the best way to provide clinical excellence is to have compassionate and collaborative staff. All departments work together to improve our program and learn from each other in the process. The Willows supports and encourages growth and development and provides educational opportunities and resources to help our staff become experts in the field. Community is very important to our program and that includes our clients as well as staff at all levels.
