Behavior Class Aide

We at Ro Health are currently looking for passionate individuals who have the desire to help children thrive to the best of their abilities while in school as Behavioral Class Aides. As a Behavioral Class Aide (BCA) you'd work at school districts in the Carlsbad area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This is a per diem/on-call position supporting special education children in a classroom setting.

Schedule: Flexible Availability, M-F 8am-3pm

Requirements:

Start Date: ASAP

Practiced ABA Therapy

Experience working with children

Previous school experience is not required, but preferred

High school diploma

Strong assessment skills

Willingness to assist in students learning process

Strong ability to work in a team environment

Comfortable assisting with toileting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
