Were currently hiring for multiple part-time roles in our Before and/or After School Program for the school year in Holley, NY.

JOB TYPE: Part-time, non-exempt
AVAILABLE ROLES: Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Site Directors
WAGE RANGE: $15.50 $17.00/hour (depending on position, qualifications, and experience)

As a team member, youll be responsible for:

Leading fun and engaging activities based on our Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic enrichment, arts & crafts, group games, and supporting students with homework.
Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment while serving as a strong role model for children.
Staying in touch with parents and guardians using the Playground App.
Following all NY State regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and the rules of the school where the program operates.
Some positions may also involve administrative tasks like managing attendance, registration, and staffing schedules.

What You Need to Apply:
Basic Requirements:

You must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
While experience with children under 13 is a plus, its not a must we value your enthusiasm and potential.
Must be able to pass a full background screening, including fingerprinting, references, and NYS OCFS SEL & SCR clearance.
Must be cleared by a physician to safely perform job duties and be free of communicable illnesses, including TB.
Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is essential great communication with kids, families, and coworkers is key. Reliability and professionalism are a must.
Able to physically engage with children (lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, etc.).
