Summary


The Beer Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving change in the sales, delivery, and merchandising activities within their assigned area of responsibility.


Key Activities


  • The leadership, direction, and growth of our Territory Managers and Sales Reps.
  • Creating strong relationships with key Retailers and suppliers to grow volume and profitability.
  • Designing and recommending sales programs, setting short- and long-term sales strategies for the On & Off Premise segments of the business.
  • Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the territories' sales volume.
  • Product or service recommendations to improve supplier and field level performance and relationships.

Preferred Skills


  • Strong working knowledge of VIP, iDig, Margin Minder, Nielson or IRI, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Educations & Experience


  • Bachelors degree or industry equivalent (strong knowledge & experience in beer industry).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
