ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
- Respond to emails
- Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support
- Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC. - MUST be customer oriented
- EXCELLENT phone skills
- Ability to anticipate customer's needs and ask probing questions
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver's license
