Description

As a BDC personnel you are the service departments first line of contact for guests when they are trying to schedule service appointments. You are expected to treat all calls with respect and maintain a high level of professionalism through-out the duration of the call. The main objective is to review guests service history notes in order to set service appointments with their designated service advisor. There are 2 main goals in your role as a BDC agent, one is to maintain a call average of 100 calls per day, and second is to set service appointments. Setting more service appointments does increase pay a in tier type pay scale.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls.
  • Set appointments for the service department.
  • Make outbound phone calls to acquire new service appointments.
  • Maintain professionalism when speaking to employees and guests.
  • Maintain a call average of 100 calls a day. (Inbound, Outbound, Texting Appts, Email Appts)
  • Adapt to monthly goals set in place by direct supervisor.
  • Set proper expectations for guests requests.
  • Be a team-player amongst your peers.
  • Must be at least 18 Years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Salary Description

$15.00 an hour with a monthly bonus.
