Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team at our Harley-Davidson dealership.
Job Description: As a Service BDC Agent, your main role will be to
communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to schedule service appointments, follow up on recent visits, and provide top-tier customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our riders, so a friendly attitude and professional demeanor are key.
Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
- Answer inbound service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Maintain customer records and appointment logs in our CRM system
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
What Makes a Great BDC Agent: - Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Friendly, confident phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependability and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and CRM software
- Experience in customer service, automotive or motorcycle dealership work is a plus (but not required)
