Jenkins & Wynne is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development Center (BDC).

In this position, your earnings are tied directly to your production - not your hours. With a guaranteed $500 weekly draw and top performers earning $60K+ annually, this role is perfect for ambitious sales professionals who want to play a key role in driving over 30% of our dealership's total sales volume, and growing.

As a BDC Agent, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our current and past customers. You'll help schedule sales appointments, assist with vehicle information requests, and ensure every customer feels valued-long after their purchase.

What You'll Do:
  • Convert inbound internet and phone leads into qualified sales appointments
  • Outbound follow-up with customers using phone, text, email, and video
  • Contact customers in a positive-equity trading positions to generate sales appointments
  • Drive 31%+ lead-to-appointment ratios to earn top-tier appointment commission
  • Master our CRM (eLead) and process-driven lead management strategy
  • Collaborate with sales managers and floor sales team to drive performance
  • Own your pipeline and your results - with transparent weekly performance reporting
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with great phone and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, phone sales, or automotive BDC experience
  • Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
  • Ability to learn quickly and use CRM software
  • Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus.
  • Background check, drug and alcohol screening, and clean driving record required
